The layering of warm neutrals and varying hues of green give that seasonal vibe.  The warm, peachy pink skies reflects that certain romantic filter of those lazy, heat infused afternoons of late August.

 

In my mind, the grounding trees of all the Deconstructed Landscape series, represent the solid people in our lives, the ones that give the much needed love, support, friendship... the ones that stand tall near or far.  Perhaps they may even be the ones that depict strength... all on their own.
