SHIPPING POLICY

All products shipped from Bozeman, MT via USPS first class or priority mail.  Prints will be packaged in a protective sleeve, rigid backing and stay-flat envelope mailer.  Items will be shipped together whenever possible.  All available items are in stock (or otherwise noted) and shipped from the studio.  In some unique cases shipping charges may be higher or lower than quoted.  We will contact you to refund or invoice for the correct amount. 

 

Delivery within the Bozeman city limits is available for a fee of $5.00 for all orders under $200.  Please allow 2-3 days for packaging and delivery.  If you need it by a specific date, please email:  anna@atpattersondesign.com

RETURN POLICY

All sales are final.  If product was damaged during transit, please take photos and email anna@atpattersondesign within 3 days.  If you are dissatisfied with your purchase please reach out and we will do what we can to make it right.  We want you to be excited about your purchase!

 

All images represent the artwork as accurately as possible.  Different monitors can display color differently.  If you have specific color needs, it may be best to reach out and discuss before your purchase.  

PAYMENT METHOD

All online orders may be placed using Square.  If you prefer to pay by cash or check, please contact us.  Payment must be received prior to shipping.
